Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage review, compilation, and audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.
- Monitors and improves realization in client engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance and business insight.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, professional standards, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client engagements and internal practices.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit.
- Strong technical skills, deep understanding of reporting standards, and knowledge of Employee Benefit Plan, Not-for-Profit Organizations and Non-Public Entities.
- Excellent communication with a track record of building successful client relationships.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
