Payne, Nickles & Company is proud to announce the scholarship winners for the 2016-2017 academic years! The annual scholarships are funded through an account established by Payne, Nickles & Company within The Fund for Huron County, and are available to any fourth or fifth year accounting major in Erie, Huron or the contiguous counties. We are pleased to have been awarding scholarships for 17 years.

Trey Hallock, a student at The Ohio State University, received one of the $2,000 awards. He plans to continue working toward a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduate in spring 2018. He is a resident of Norwalk and the son of Tim and Shelley Hallock.

The second recipient of the Payne, Nickles & Company $2,000 scholarship is Brennan Otto, of Berlin Heights. He is a student at Kent State University studying for his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and plans to graduate in December 2016. He is the son of Cyndi Myers and Jake Otto.

Our congratulations go to Trey and Brennan! We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their continuing education, and wish each of them continued success.
